What can you bring to the role and why would you be a good fit?(On the side of playing on this server, I have juggled many staff roles on other servers. I have been demoted, promoted, praised, trained - more times I can remember. Overall, the jist of being staff is fairly simple to me but never easy. I have experience with many sorts of staff situations, mostly with RDM scenarios, and I know exactly what to do. The only thing YOU as management have to do is tell me all of the tools we are using as staff and I'll adapt within a week if I haven't used it yet. Send the the staff policies and I'll abide by them. I also passed my English GCSE if that helps anything)

Why should we accept you over other applicants?(I couldn't say as I don't know what the other applicants have that makes them special. I can say that I am experienced enough with basic staffing and if I'm doing something wrong I can just be told and I'll listen.)

(Optional)(Yes but I can't list them all because some of the servers I've been staff on closed down within a week so I'll only list some of the ones that had survived for at least a month or over with decent players: Staff Manager on Noclip Networks backrooms roleplay, Mod on too many starwars rp servers to count (it was a long time to count too), Senior mod, mod, trial mod and staff manager on 4 different SCP servers, GM Manager on Apollyon Gaming V2 backrooms rp, etc. I was in a lot however an amount of them I quit because I failed to operate EXACTLY like management did and they kept complaining.)
