Why are you looking to become an Imperial Instructor on Arctic Networks:
I would like to become an Imperial Instructor because I believe I am quite experienced in many fields and would really enjoy the ability to teach others, I also believe that some departments are somewhat.. lacking and would love the opportunity to assist the training.
Have you ever commanded a regiment on Arctic Networks?
Whilst having no official command over any regiments I have "Assisted" In standard and advanced fleet operations along with ground command missions.
What experience do you have doing tryouts & following documents/guides?
I have hosted Tryouts & Trainings by the book in the past and have some experience in non-documented tryouts, I can also assist regiments with creating new tryout formats if they request or more suitably require it.

This application lacks detail, it would be a lot better if you provided examples of your experience in "many fields" and how that experience would link to you being a good Imperial Instructor. You say some departments are lacking, you could tell us how you would improve those "lacking" areas, showing that you would actually be effective in this role and not just applying for the fun of it.
However, the reason for my +1 is that from my experience with you, you are a very mature and knowledgeable person who is willing to help out where necassary. An example of this effective knowledge is you helping out Fleet in mission, arguably you shouldn't need to be doing these things anyway, but that shows you know what needs to be done.

Jericho is very active and committed to the server. He has shown himself to be very professional and has been very involved in RP. He will do great in aiding regiments that don't have training arrangements and if any commanders resign or go inactive he would certainly be able to fill the void they leave.
