Why are you looking to become an Imperial Instructor on Arctic Networks:

I want to support all regiments and all current troopers. Supporting the current commanders and the players is key to keeping a lively server and helping players become the best they can aid the server and the players. Keeping a solid player base will assist in maintaining all regiments alive and make the server pop.

Becoming an Instructor will help the current players in regiments gain promotions and training will keep them playing and will attract more players to the server. This will also help more people into the regiments that they have been waiting for.

If I am successful I will approach current commanders and gain access to their training plans and any documents that they have IF they don't have any I will create them.
